Walk/Run for Abilis – Sunday, October 14, 2018 - Tod’s Point, Greenwich, CT

The Walk/Run for Abilis is a family-friendly activity for people of all ages and abilities that celebrates inclusion and diversity. This is the one event we do each year in which all of our families and their children can participate. The 1-mile walk goes along the scenic Greenwich Point Park peninsula and is accessible to wheelchairs and strollers. The 5K run is a timed race that is suitable for runners of all levels. Most of the race is on traffic free roads and concrete paths within Greenwich Point Park.

Whether you choose to walk, run or simply enjoy the scenery at Tod’s Point, you will enjoy a fun-filled day with music, food, children’s activities, and camaraderie - all for an important cause. Funds raised will help Abilis continue to provide quality services and supports for over 700 individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities and their families throughout lower Fairfield County.

Please take a look at our photo gallery from 2017 which captures the energy and essence of our Walk/Run event. Click here to relive memories of the day and share photos with friends and family. Stay tuned – more information coming soon.
