Abilis, formerly known as Greenwich ARC, has served people of all ages with autism, Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities in the Greenwich-Stamford area since 1951. We changed our name in 2008 to reflect all that people with developmental disabilities contribute to society.

Great news! Abilis has received an Autism Speaks grant for its LIFE (Lifeskills, Independence, Friendships, Employment) program, which supports students with classic autism who are transitioning from high school to adulthood.
Abilis is the only Connecticut agency to receive such a grant this round. Click here to read all about it.
