Welcome to Abilis! Abilis is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that serves and supports over 800 individuals with disabilities and their families from birth through the life span. Abilis is a leader in serving community members in the lower Fairfield County for more than 70 years and has a long-standing reputation for high quality care. Abilis works collaboratively with individuals, families, schools, and community organizations to create individualized plans that develop skills, maximize inclusion, and foster community participation. Some families work with us for weeks or months. For others, the journey lasts years or even a lifetime.
