Abilis is offering a new class called My Toddler & Me! This interactive 6-week program will focus on exploring movement while encouraging developmental milestones in a play-based structure. As a toddler and parent group, we will discuss a variety of topics, while integrating music, mindfulness and play. My Toddler & Me is led by Sharon Hoffner, PT, DPT, a pediatric physical therapist who has been working with children for over 25 years as a pediatric physical therapist. She started her career with a degree in dance and is excited once again to explore the excitement of learning to move!

Level 1: Tiny Tots Class: 2-3 years old 3:30-4:15
Dates: Monday Oct. 3, 17, 24, Nov. 7, 14, 21
Location: Abilis, 1150 Summer St. 2nd floor Sensory Gym, Stamford, CT Cost: Set of 6 classes for $200

Registration will include all 6 classes.
Please arrive on time for the class to not disrupt the other participants.
A parent or caregiver needs to participate in each class with their child.
Each individual class will have a separate theme with concepts that cross over each class.
We are unable to offer make-up classes.
