For John’s older brother Danny, Abilis has become a true community. Through extracurricular recreational activities like basketball and band jam, along with life skills training, career development, and residential services, Abilis has empowered Danny and countless others across Fairfield County with opportunities that foster independence, social connections, fun, and lasting friendships.
