GREENWICH — The fourth annual Dancing Stars of Greenwich contest and fundraiser to benefit Abilis witnessed something new this year.
It might have been the magic in her “Aladdin”-inspired dance, or maybe it was her years of experience both with dance and Abilis. But Greenwich High School freshman Carly Samalin pulled off a feat for the first time in the contest by earning both the Mirrorball Trophy as the best dancer and the People’s Choice Award for raising the most funds for Abilis.
