Subject: Spring for Abilis Gala Update

Dear Friends of Abilis,

First, we want to thank you for your on-going support of the Abilis organization. The pandemic of the Coronavirus has not only impacted our day to day operation, but has significantly disrupted the lives of those within the Abilis community that we serve on a daily basis. This is a challenging and unsettling time for all of us. We have been working tirelessly to keep those we support, our community and our workforce safe.

Each year we look forward to our Spring for Abilis Gala, not only as our biggest fundraiser of the year, but to celebrate the coming together of families and friends who have worked so hard to successfully advance this incredible organization.

Canceling our gala is simply not an option, especially now. These critical funds allow us to continue our extraordinary work of improving the quality of life for individuals and their families throughout lower Fairfield County. This is more important now than it has ever been.

2020 started off with tremendous momentum where we utilized your donated funds to create new employment opportunities, training platforms, develop new residential options, and expand our network of partners and friends. This is why it is so important to continue this amazing progress and host the Spring for Abilis Gala.... with a new twist! We are excited to announce our 2020 Abilis Virtual Gala Experience!

Please join us now through Saturday, May 2, 2020 by following this link to take part in Spring for Abilis Virtual Gala. We look forward to our online event to celebrate our successes and allow our virtual attendees the opportunity to continue to support a cause near and dear to them.

We could not have made the impact on so many lives without your support and now more than ever Abilis needs your help to support the hundreds of individuals with disabilities.

As this new event takes shape please feel free to visit for the latest updates on Spring for Abilis along with details on how you can help.

Thank you,
