Abilis is offering a new class called Baby & Me! This interactive 6-week program will focus on supporting bonding, encouraging developmental milestones, and creating opportunities for sensory processing, all in a nurturing and supportive environment. As a child and parent group, we will discuss a variety of topics while integrating music, infant massage, mindfulness, and play. Baby & Me is led by Liz Fornari, M.S. OTR/L and Sharon Hoffner, PT, DPT. Liz is a pediatric occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience and a passion for enriching the lives of children. Sharon has been working with children for over 25 years as a pediatric physical therapist but started her career with a degree in dance and teaching movement classes.  Classes are for children of ALL abilities. 

Classes: Level1 - Buttercups Class: 0-6 months, 10:45-11:30
Dates: Wednesday, Jan. 18, 25, Feb. 1, 8, 15, Mar. 1 
Location: Abilis, 1150 Summer St. 2nd floor Conference Room, Stamford, CT
Cost: Set of 6 classes for $200

Registration will include all 6 classes.
Please arrive on time for the class to not disrupt the other participants.
A parent or caregiver needs to participate in each class with their child.
Please bring a blanket for the floor for Level 1 and 2 classes. We will also have a yoga mat. Each individual class will have a separate theme with concepts that cross over each class. We are unable to offer make-up classes.
