SPECIAL OLYMPICS SWIMMING:

 Below are the guidelines to insure we come back and swim in a safe way.  If you skated with us over the Winter and provided your vaccination details you are good to go.  If you have not already done so please see me to update the vaccination status for our Vaccination Tracking Form and records.

• SOCT local programs COVID protocols:

• Masks wearing is optional regardless of vaccination status but we do encourage persons with compromised health conditions to wear masks except for doing a physical/sports activity.

• SOCT strongly recommends all participants be fully vaccinated and boosted.

• Maintain social distancing as best as you can.

• If you can’t answer NO to all of these questions please do not attend practice.

1. In the last 10 days , have you come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID?
2. Have you experienced a fever in the last week (temp of 100.4 and higher)
3. Do you have a cough, difficulty breathing?
4. Do you have any other signs or symptoms of COVID (fatigue , headache, loss of smell or taste, sore throat, congestion, or runny nose, nausea or vomiting)

The COVID situation is certainly better but the SOCT staff will continue to monitor it and provide updates as they come out.  Let me know if you have any questions and thanks for your patience and understanding…

Here's what you need to know:

When: Wednesday nights, 6:30 to 7:30pm (that's in the pool at 6:30 so try to get there a few mins earlier)

Where: Greenwich High School (the entrance to the pool is located on the backside of the building, plenty of parking...usually)
