- 22 days vacation for 1st through 3rd year of employment
- 27 days vacation for 4th through 7th year of employment

- Overtime pay on holidays
- 4-day work week
- Free training, including CPR, first aid and medication administration. Hourly increase after medication administration certification.
For NON-RESIDENTIAL staff:
- 10 days vacation for 1st through 3rd year of employment
- 15 days vacation for 4th through 7th year of employment
- 20 days vacation after 7th year of employment
- 3 floating holidays per year
- 9 holidays and additional 3 floating holidays per year
